Note: As an individual, couple or family stakeholder investor, you can be either accredited or non-accredited. In regards to #2 and #3, you must be an accredited investor. In this case, your annual income must exceed $200,000, or $300,000 for joint income, for the last two years with expectation of earning the same or higher income in the current year. Moreover, you must have a net worth exceeding $1,000,000 (One Million), either individually or jointly with one’s spouse. This does not include home-ownership. In sum, both accredited and non-accredited investors can partner with our emerging growth proptech, fintech, and consumer-tech company in order to make an impact in Los Angeles, California and around the United States. The goal is to provide a 10% return and a 50/50 split of the profits as we impact America through designing and building single family homes, multifamily apartments, hotels, shopping center, mid and high-rises, new retail stores and restaurants’ concepts, and other business underpinnings within our repertoire (see Portfolio Companies) and our Offering Circular with EDGAR on the Securities and Exchange Commission website as well as in the Disclosures section of michaelgilmorecompany.com.
